We offer 30 days easy returns right after delivery.
You can choose one of the following return options:
- Exchange your item for different fragrance. (Your item must not be used more than 2ml)
- Replacement for a wrong or defective item sent.
- Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its validity for returns, a store credit voucher with no expiry date, equivalent to the price of the purchased product will be issued and sent via email to the customer. And it may take up to 15 working days to process.
No nonsense return policy:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date the item is received.
- Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must not be used more than 2ml, must be in the original packaging in your package of the returned item(s) and with tags attached.
- Returns/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, excluding shipping times. While stocks last. *Exchange or item that is equivalent or lower in value only.
To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents
- Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
- Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
- Products that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned.
- Please take noted that ALL clearance or sales items are not refundable.
- S-DAY reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item have not reached our warehouse.
- Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
- If you placed your order using Guest Checkout and don’t have a S-DAY account, please create a S-DAY account to initiate an exchange or return.
