  • Manage all the social media channels of the brand. Social media channels include Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter. Generally responsible for ongoing updates about the brand on social media to engage customers and fans.
  • Managing, creating and publishing original, high quality content on social platforms
  • Developing content pillars, monthly social calendar, FAQ/ response matrix and crisis communication process and adjusting content as and when required
  • Respond to comments, when appropriate and required, in order to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience 
  • Enforce the Social Media Guidelines as defined by the brand
  • Assisting creative team on how to proceed for social content and ensure timelines are followed
  • Monitor and create social media performance report to keep track of effectiveness of campaigns / activities:


  • At least 1 years of experience building and managing social media communities, social media strategy & community management 
  • Must be able to create basic social media post using Adobe Illustrator 
  • Must be able to create simple captions in English 
  • Must have experience producing monthly reports 
  • Marketing / Mass Comm Graduate 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Responsible and able to undertake tasks with little supervision 
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Written and Spoken) 
  • Positive outlook and willingness to learn 
  • Passion for all things digital 
  • Detailed and organized
